I see Charles Hawtrey's been looking at Nathan Cleverly's prospects, and a school Headmaster's got plenty to say about Cathy 'The Bitch' Brown on

Cheers Poodlepoo! It's Sid James site - I'm his mere tool on Earth. Sid was a big boxing fan, but could also see the funny side of life. I'm lucky enough to have spent a bit of time in and around boxing, and I've met some very funny people, which is why I think Sid chose me for his Earthly work.

If anyone owns the rights to the term 'Carry On' I'll rename it either 'Boxe Dans Le Merde' or just 'Up The Ring'. What do you think would be best?

The email address is now at the top of the blog. All contributions gratefully received, and some will end up on the blog.
1) Sid still has the laugh - mine is a pale imitation;
2) Don't mention the hair;
3) He says he never 'did' Sally Geeson, but William G. Stewart of 15-to-1 fame did at least twice. After Sid died she gave up acting (not much point carrying on when you're never going to work with the greatest again, is there) and became a teacher. Imagine her leaning over your desk to look at your homework (insert Sid's laugh and Phwoar! here).
