Prediction of HATTON vs STEWART

Post by Andrey »

What do you guys think. We have odds now
Ricky Hatton -1600
Michael Stewart +900

If under 10.5 rounds (-110)
if over 10.5 rounds (-130)
This is probobly the biggest year of uppsets. So what do you think, and how good Ricky really is?

Hattonis a good presure fighter, i think a good boxer would beat him (zoo, cotto) they say hes got a injury. so it may be worth a punt.

I'd say Hatton definitely wins this, barring a bad cut of course.
But how he wins depends what mood he's in.

The mentaly flat Hatton we saw last time out, will win on points...

But if he's up for this ( and it must be hard to get up for this B level opponent, when he had his aim on Harris ) he could stop Stewart around mid-way with rib bending body shots.

Hatton will win this one early - Stewart goes down relatively easily (although I know in the past he has got up again), knows his days as a potential name in the division have gone and is here for the payday. Hatton in 3.

ohhh I think Stewart will last a little longer than that. All depends how he takes it to the body really.

I reckon a stoppage in 8-9 rounds for Hatton, as long as he is on form.

I also think Hatton will stop Stewart but later than the third, Stewart has not been stopped but has not mixed in the class good enough to stop him. Before i get jumped on yes i know he fought Mitchell but Sharmba took it easy and coasted to a win when i think he was well capabe of stopping Stewart. Hatton hits so ruthlessly to the body i doubt he can take 12 rounds of that punishment.

Cotto would beat Hatton for sure, come on!

Hatton wins on points like someone said he doesnt hit as hard as most people think.

You never know Stewart may pull off an upset, eveyone thought Haye was gunna beat Thompson, everyone thought Jones Jnr would beat Johnson, most thought Tyson would crush Williams, could we see another upset (highly unlikely i know) but dont think its a certainty that Hatton will win. Anything could happen, a cut for Hatton, Stewart may catch Hatton cold, upsets have happened before and will always happen. Anyway i think Hatton UD :TU:

Cuts has to be his biggest chance, Ricky is higher class than Stewart, but with too come forward fighters, there is always a big risk.

Right.

Hattons biggest asset is his durability.

But Cotto is different class.

Hatton will beat Stewart easily.

Then he'll fight Pinto and beat him in the men.
Then, in this particular order... Jesse James Leiga, Leonard Dorin, Arthur Grigorian.

You heard it here first.
