Mayotte the new boxing powerhouse?

I was quite shocked to see that the little French controlled island of Mayotte which is off the coast of Madagascar had about 13 active boxers. Strangely, they all had Mexican sounding names and were listed as residing in Mexico.

Either there is a mix-up or these boxers are excellent paddlers.
