Nate Joseph.

Post by gmathers »

Keep an eye out for Bradford's cruiserweight Nathan "Nate Dog" Joseph in the next year, he's up & coming in the cruiser division. Nathan fight's on the Jon Thaxton's come back show in Norwich on the 9th of October.
Not having been an amateur for long Nathan turned pro in 2002 with a couple of indifferent proformances but now having joined the Ingles camp in Sheffield things are looking up, he's still looking for his first KO but that won't be long in coming. Nathan's never been on the canvas in his career, he can sure take a punch but not many can touch him. His only defeats have being on points & one TKO where he disslocated his shoulder in the opening round against Brain Gascoinge. Now he's putting the rounds in the gym with the likes of Jr Witter & Johnny Nelson to turn them point defeats into wins.

Seen him box.
Looks the part, maybe a little short for the big cruisers tho.
Wasn't impressed with him in the fights i've seen, but like you say, there is always the chance of improvement training with the likes of Johnny.

He won his last fight under the ingles quite comfortably. He has only had 8 proffesional fights and few amateur so he is still developing..It's just a question of him producing his gym form in the ring.he needs to fight more regularly, but in fairness has been hampered by injuries.

Yep (Tyson)
It was'nt a good night for Nathan, saying that Earl Ling looked to want it more, he fought a very good fight, it was a proper brawl all the way through the 6 rounds, you get your monies worth from these 2.
