Lopez was knocked down twice in the seventh, Veloz was deducted a point in the sixth for hitting on the break. The decision was controversially scored for Lopez 46-43, 47-44 and 50-48 by the referee Martin Tabor(not sure on spelling of last name). Tabor also ruled a couple other Lopez knockdowns slips.

The other card listed Joe CJ Vescio 220lbs vs. Paul Bessonnette 201 lbs was scheduled for 4 rounds and was in the heavyweight division.
