thats not the same kind of beating, it doesn't even come close to what lacy took from calzaghe.

indeed a quick KO doesnt have the same damage a prolonged beating does

put simple

get a breeze block and hit it with a hammer for a min
then get lots of breeze blocks and hit them with a hammer and see which hurts your arms the most
