Wasn't Louis-Schmeling II a KO and not TKO, as NYSAC rules stated that the fight couldn't end with a towel throwing if a fighter was down for a count (referee threw away the towel)? Also, made the referee made the count and waved it off...

All the record books I've seen list the result as a KO. Although, Donovan actually did not complete the 10 count and waved the fight over.
