Date of death of Italo Scortichini

I'm looking for the date of death of Italo Scortichini, italian middleweight boxer in activity from 1948 to 1959.
He is dead in United States in 90's.

His town, Fabriano, would dedicate a street to Scortichini but nobody knows the exact date. With your update, now we can hope about this.

The Social Security Death Index lists him as being born November 14 (we have October 14) 1929 and having died September 4 1995. His last residence being Nassau, NY

A book about Scortichini and boxers of his town says date of birth 4th of november 1929.
Annuario boxe 1961 by Rino Tommasi said 14th of november.
