- Might want to edit "are" to "were" since you posted this in boxers of the past.

HW – Tyson on offense/Ali on defense as best combination of heavy hand and footspeed.

LHW – RJonesJr
Middle –RJonesJr

Welter – SRLeonard

Light – HCamachoSr, the fastest of hand and foot ever

Feather – MPaquiao

Bantam – Jimmy Barry (awaiting the dempsey/feelfine brigade to jump in here to "proof" me wrong)

Thanks for the tip, mate.

Well, we're off to a start. Very interested in what others think.

I do not think that dempseyfire makes that kind of grammatical error often in his posts, I do not think that I do either. Don't be so self-pitying BRR, you have too many poor qualities as it is. That said, I don't see any problem with your list, I would say that Ali's hands were faster but to be fair he put less into his punches, perhaps Patterson also has a case with his hands, and though it is difficult to have to keep Robinson's name off of Welterweight we do not have enough film so I suppose it would have to be Leonard. I suppose Pacquiao is deserving, though I suspect that there might be some candidates with a little more speed but with far less power who do not stand out as a result.
From what I have seen Cunningham may have the fastest at Cruiserweight. Jones at Super Middleweight, despite what Calzaghe's fans would say. Jr. Middleweight would probably be Norris. Now that Pacquiao is champion at 140 he has a good case there also.

I didn't want to say Pep because I haven't seen much film of him outside of clips of the Saddler fights where he was older. I suspect you might be right.

Louis had faster hands than Tyson.

Lots of guys have been very fast. I would say the true standouts are Leonard at 147, Jones Jr at 175, peak Ali at heavyweight, Pep at feather, and Camacho at lightweight. Of course I'm omitting a few.
