New website
Not a completely new one...just the old one spruced up with a new design. Easier navigation and more content.

Let me know if anyone has any problems accessing anything.

Dean,
I really was impresssed with the old site and for me it used to stick out as one of the best boxers sites available.
Now you have topped it, its the best boxer site I have seen. Updated regularly and with all the information that you need (although I did notice your still at 8 with my rankings for BB.net rankings, when you are now at 9 - sorry).
How about a monthly column just saying whats been going on (even if its - my dog died etc). You could finish the column with an inspirational quote, you know something you think about on those cold winter mornings when you don't feel like running.
Thats the only suggestion I can think of, apart from maybe adding the IBO computer rankings to your collection of rankings.
Top site and as I told you, beat Bennet and your ranking will rocket in my book. You'll be in the top 3 for certain.

Thanks, forgot to update the rankings page. The news page will be updated on the basis of every few days as and when I get news. It's a sort of diary page in itself really. Thanks for the positive comments and the suggestions.stujones wrote:Dean,

Had a look at the IBO top 100 computer rankings, I don't think your in the list yet. They have Rees and Conway down at 93 and 94, Kevin Bennett is a little higher up the rankings at 43.Dynamite Dean Phillips wrote:Updated rankings. Having said that, I don't know if this computer system is actually their official rankings, because their champion is ranked at 7 which sounds odd.

The old one was classy, but I'd also like to say this is one of the best boxer sites I've seen. Perfect layout and easy on the eye colours. If you want to know if it's got any problems there's a site that checks it all out for you. I tested your site through it but must admit I haven't a clue what the results mean. Says there is 3 errors, but it works fine on my browser (firefox). Click here.

Thanks. Those errors that are being thrown up are just minute technical details really. They don't affect the functionality of the site at all. Best way to test out a website is to have people view it on their computers with all their varying web browsers, screen resolutions etc. Trial and error.Manos de Oro wrote:The old one was classy, but I'd also like to say this is one of the best boxer sites I've seen. Thanks anyway though.
That is their official rankings. IBO champs are seldom the #1 in their rankings, in fact most are nowhere near that as most IBO champs are not the top men in their division. A while back one of the brit fighters wasnt even in the top 30 in his division in the rankings but was the IBO champ - might have been Adrian Stone I think.stujones wrote:Had a look at the IBO top 100 computer rankings, I don't think your in the list yet.
