There's a two pager in the News of the World....needless to say Delaney doesn't come out of it too well.

They even have a comment in the 'Our View' section....apparently Garry's 'agent' offered the journalist out...

I remember seeing Garry at the Ministry of Sound when Jodie was doing the door...

I will wait untill more reaction before I make a judgment. However as E said, Delaney hasn't come out looking good with this and the fact that he and his "agent" refused to comment makes him look more guilty.

As for Jodie, I say let do what she wants, she is making more money than most of us here will ever accumilate - so she acting slutty for a few years she will soon be forgotten about, but her bank manager will never forget her. The girl has some intelligence (3 A levels and All GCSE's) so alot of it is image.

However, if this is all a sick PR stunt then of course my perceptions of her would have changed because these accusations (if false) are the lowest of the low. Up untill now she hasn't caused any harm by what she is doing, but these accusations will obviously harm Delaney.

On another note, I'm sure I read a column in the paper today saying that Evander Holyfield fought Larry Donald last night? Did I miss something?

I read the "paper" this morning at work and to be honest what you said was exactly my first reaction. Who the hell is Jodie Marsh anyway? She just appeared one day...what has she ever done

She just comes across as a slapper who is grabbing all the publicity she can to extend her five minutes of "Fame".

Yeah i was gonna bring that up as well, thought it sounded strange, still he doesn't really know a lot about Boxing anyway so it is to be expected. That column is just a way to get in cheap digs at everyone else involved in Boxing especially the poor old BBC who took another bashing...i had to laugh at the bit about the BBC's shows being mostly poor quality and not for genuine world titles

Sad truth is that parasites like this talent less fame seeker always seem to come up with allegations like this, why no mention of it before?
Is it a coincidence we haven`t heard anything of her of late….so drag a relatively famous person through the mud and drag your fame on for 5mins longer….
Delaney is strong enough to ignore this but I feel sorry for his wife and family.

In fairness, a lot of women are too scared to go to the police. One of my ex-girlfriends went out with a bloke (not me) who knocked her out on several occasions. She never once reported him, and stated with him for 3 years, despite me telling her she was fornicating mad.

don't know the ins and out about this case, but do think that any bloke who hits a woman deserves to have his nuts cut off and fed to him
