ant has less than 600 posts in over 3 years he is a good poster when he posts but he doesnt post enough and if the topics he wants to talk about are not up he can make the topics up himself its a simple solution

I think your relying on other posters to create threads that would interest you.......

The threads don't come from on high, they come from us, the users of this site. So, if you want to discuss the topics of the day, then create a thread, you may be suprised by how many responces you get from it. Whether you leave is of no importance to teh site, because supposed "good" posters, will always be replaced by other "good" posters and that's how it always works. Leave if you want to, you won't be missed, but i suggest you stick around and just create the threads you feel are missing from the site

The problem is - as has happened on almost every other thread - is when someone comes on and says something libellous, or the complainant feels that it's libellous.

By the way, that doesn't mean that it isn't true (e.g. re that silly c*nt Jeffrey Archer) - just you would have to prove it so in a court of law.

Boxrec (and/or individuals) then get a legal letter and the thread and/or posts have to go.

99.99% (at a guess) of people would not take the legal route but Warren chooses to do so. It's not the forum's fault.

What does not help is even when the post is critical but not defamatory, there are snakes on boxing websites acting as mods who give up IPO details of posters to individuals who dont like what is written about them. I dont know if it has happended on here, but it has happended to several on ESB

Making a whole thread about saying your leaving - is showing a huge over inflated sense of self importance as if the forum is now in crisis because I am leaving - on internet forums it easy come and easy go - sometimes you dont see posters for month, or they come along breifly - and then just go for good

Making a thread like this is like asking people to come on the thread and say

"O please dont leave - we feel bad for you - please stay - your such a amazing poster", etc, etc
