it has amazed me how furys had more stick for the ref giving him the nod in a close one (hardly his fault) than derek got for biting an opponent.

I don't think Fury's been given any stick. People have been disappointed in the result, the referee and Fury's family, but I don't think there has been much talk of Fury's behaviour.

A few things about that.

I dont really care how fury acts. I'm not against him personally for the "win". I definitely think he was gifted the decision.

I had no idea Chisora had "bitten" an opponent. If thats true, then he's no good guy either.

They might be on a collision course.

hes serving a ban at the moment

Im not a fan of Chisora.

His swearing following one win, then biting an opponent in a fight he had in the bag.

I'm hope he get's stretched, Zab Judah stylee.

I'm not sure a fight between Chisora and Fury would make much sense at the moment.

They are both in the very early stages of their careers and as the result could go either way the fight would be a risk not worth taking right now. A couple of years down the line the fight could be massive and generate a lot of money. At present at would not be very big financially and would damage the career of the loser.

Sexton did ok.
He did but I just think that Mick Hennessy and allegedly will want to build up an unbeaten record for both fighters before making this one. Of course there is a risk that the ight may then never happen but to me it would be more financially viable in about 18 months when both are more established.

Chisora´s view:

chisora has a win over Prizefighter 2 (sexton)

that already puts him a level higher than Fury.

fury is only going to ko the bottom stream

anything higher and he'll struggle

Wrong. Fury's win for was the English title and will push him further up the rankings, Chisora win was over six rounds when both of them had barely any fights. McDermott carried a higher rating at the time Fury beat him.

Not so. Win the English title and the Board can consider you for a shot at the Britsh title.

Chris Edwards wasn't considered good enough to box for the British title, won an English title instead and was then matched for the British title in his next fight.

You're always going to get inconsistencies but it not just a "bauble".
