Jamie Pittman.
A well written article on Jamie Pittman, it's as if the writer was reading my mind.

That's staggering to see Pittmans opponents win/loss/draw stats in just 20 career fights it's time for the bloke to step up.
It was also interesting to read that he was considered along with Bika as the most avoided current Australian fighter.
Pitman has 2 average career wins against Sherington and Gare but the rest were less than ideal opponents, and i would love to see him fight some other fringe Australian fighters; Medley,Soliman,Crampton,Taliepai,Taylor, ect. If he can't secure any of these fights i think he should take a gamble and head over to the states or even europe.

Re: Jamie Pittman.
His only loss so far has been in a World Title fight against Felix Sturm. Maybe he was pitched in too early. How about putting him in against Oganov to see if Victor has really had enough and if Jamie has a future?

Re: Jamie Pittman.
I think Jamie has got what it takes. There is some Quality in Australia to really test himself, I wonder if he will ever fight at Middleweight again though ? He has mentioned that he fought Geale in the Amateurs, dont know the result ? :)
Re: Jamie Pittman.
In his last fight he looked very rusty and ragged. He needs to get into the ring often and then the opportunities will follow.
Re: Jamie Pittman.
He just needs a couple of solid domestic matchups even revisiting the Gare and Sherington rematch's would be good for him.
Yeah Brute,I think he was put in too early, but i was one of those people who thought he had a chance.
Maybe Jamie should take the Paul williams route and fight between weights say from Middle to LT heavy he would have a lot of fights to choose from, at 6'1 he could do it comfortably.
