er, sorry guv, I accidently voted for Spinks by KO, I meant to click on Foreman by KO, but I misspressed.

Seriously, Foreman would definitely win by an early KO or perhaps TKO. Spinks might be able to outpoint a 260lb Foreman in his 40s, but against a younger Foreman he would be out cold. Spinks was in pretty good shape when he was KO'd by Tyson, but Foreman was bigger, stronger, and probably more powerful than Tyson, with a better jab to back it up. I really would give Spinks a chance.

Spinks could be hurt and stunned at heavyweight, and as Tyson showed KTFO.

However i feel that if spinks could get past round 5 or 6, he might just win a close decision.
