The reserves replace any pull-outs, no?

A career cruiser with only two wins out of eight as a heavy is not an inspiring choice, would have been good to see David Price given the chance, though it's not certain the 'Board' would have permitted this after one pro fight

of course good luck to swaby :box: its prizefighter...even with the seedings...altho the seeding seems a bit silly now

gammers hardly a superstar...so we're just essentially keeping Audley away from Danny in the first round

Indeed, from the outset the whole affair was about the existing rivalry between the Williams, Harrison, Sprott triumvirate, the rest were just to make numbers up hence the seeding, now that poor Sprott is out it's a two horse race and it seems to hardly matter who they dig up as long as we are assured of a Williams v Harrison final. Although nothing is certain with Harrison he would have to produce the worst performance of his life to lose to Belshaw, but if Williams comes out loading up as he often does these days and fails to catch Baker cold he could get drawn into a horrible draining maul that will do him no favours for the next round

Neil Perkins is the Replacement isnt he?

thats what i heard Hearn say yesterday, dont mind him actually as he's another unbeaten guy so has that surprise element although looks like he has ZERO power!

Isn't Dolan down to fight Norton for the Cruiser title?, Krence is also weighing something near cruiser these days (though I'm sure he would go for this if given the chance) and is Jegeni still fighting, he hasn't fought since 2007 (though inactivity wasn't an issue with half the cruiser Prizefighter contestants) ?

Well said Banjo, Herbie would be brilliant addition, love to see him in with either Williams or Harrison

Well he has one stoppage (cuts) compare that with Danny Hughes who is yet to record a single inside schedule win despite fighting somewhat 'modest' opposition

This is the DRAW as we know it now

Scott Gammer vs Coleman Barrett

Danny Williams vs Carl Baker

Audley Harrison vs Scott Belshaw

Neil Perkins vs Danny Hughes

So we have the Current British Heavyweight Champion in Williams

Former Super Heavyweight Gold Medalist in Audley

Former British Heavyweight Champion in Scott Gammer

Current British Masters Heavyweight Champion in Carl Baker

3 Unbeaten Heavyweights in Perkins, Hughes and Barret

and errrrr....... Scott Belshaw too

Not a Bad line up at all :)

Does look good on paper Exit I have to agree, but on closer inspection:

So we have the Current British Heavyweight Champion in Williams

Not looked good since beating Gammer in 2007 (in fact he's looked horribly 'shot')

Former Super Heavyweight Gold Medalist in Audley

Coming of a defeat to a novice and nine months inactivity

Former British Heavyweight Champion in Scott Gammer

Never that good, three consecutive defeats (two inside schedule) and a couple of 'retirements'

Current British Masters Heavyweight Champion in Carl Baker

One fight since 2006 against Woolas a fat (VERY) cruiser and didn't Pele Reid win that 'title' in his farewell fight against Ingleby?

3 Unbeaten Heavyweights in Perkins, Hughes and Barret

'Unbeaten' yes but have you looked at who they've fought? Hughes is one of the worst fighters you will ever see, he makes Belshaw look like Lennox Lewis

and errrrr....... Scott Belshaw too

As your 'errrr' indicates, not so good at his best and coming of his dire 'performance' against Fury

Not a Bad line up at all :)

This whole thing is now a prelude to Williams v Harrison 3, the rest are merely the supporting cast, with Sprott (who I favoured to win) it was interesting, now it seems a formality

im not sure all the stats are really neccessary. prizefighter is a different kettle of fish all together.

several fighters have defied the odds and the statistics

look at Ovil ...he'd lost to nearly all of the cruisers..and was coming in as a sub !!!!

my outside tip is still huge Carl Baker.....(u just dont know ) :box:

Gammer could throw a spanner in the works.

He looked to be falling into the "continental journeyman" role recently, but if this tournament lights some fire under him (and no reason it shouldn't), he could do something. Let's not forget he was level on points against a fit and in-form Williams before the finish, and Williams has regressed since then.

If Gammer is motivated, and if Williams is unfit and/or looking only at Audley (as it sounds from the interviews), there could be an upset here.

theres no listing yet for an EU fight for Albert Sosnowski

it would go some way to replacing our legend Sprotty if Sosnowski came in spiced the thing up again

stands to earn more from Prizefighter if he wins...maybe more for just getting to the final ???

Realistically this one is popular due to the curiosity of Fraudley.

If he pulled out it would same ol Prizefighter, i.e worth watching but not worth turning a shag down for.

Perkins will do nothing in this.

He isnt as bad as Stoke's Alex Ibbs was (remember him?) but I would give him a similar chance of winning the tournament...

I know the quarter finals were seeded, but do we know the potential semi finals or will that be drawn on the night?
