Well doesnt that show real ambition, given Warrens prederiliction of steering his fighters to top notch, prestegious, well respected titles that never fail to capture the publics imagination.
Seems Calzaghe must have come to terms with the fact he's never going to get a massive fight and is taking the easy route for easy money. Nothing wrong with that per se but you have to question his professional ambition.
Maybe his impending divorce and the possible big settlement involved in that played a part.
with his much publicised marriage breakup i guess he could have based himself in the states i suppose he has kids though. who else is there over here for him?? they're all shit in my opinion.
Probably no one now but Glencoffe Johnson, Roy Jones and Antonio Tarver would have made a nice threesome - If he had stepped up to the plate at the appropriate time - instead we got Salam.
