George Walker ( I think) was a top UK fighter and is a hugely successful businessman.
All true. Holmes basically owns Easton in Pennsylvania he's got so much

Yep. Basically everything on Larry Holmes boulevard. He has quite a nice restaurant there as well.

Hameds into property isn't he? hows that business doing?

I dont think Foreman was 1st choice for the grill, the company who made it wanted someone else to front it in the US but they turned it down, might have been Michael Jordan or someone.

Schmeling was very wealthy too, didnt he help out Louis with a few quid later on in life?

It was Hulk Hogan

He wasnt home - they rang him up to ask himto front it - his Wife answered and basically didnt really think it was that important and let it pass by.

The makers didnt want to mess about waiting on Hulk to get back to them - so they gave George Foreman a ring instead.

Millions and millions of grill sales later - not to mention millions of dollars for Foreman - Hulk Hogan is a gutted man that his Wife took that call and not him.

I wouldn't say he's that gutted because he's the most successful & well-known Wrestler of all time! Despite being retired, I'm sure the Hulkster must still make plenty. Merchandise, royalties, trademarks, etc?
