I don't respect Roy Jones, says Green

Danny Green says his respect for Roy Jones has gone as the man once touted as the greatest pound-for-pound boxer warns their world title fight won't last 12 rounds.
The two squared off in Sydney on Wednesday to promote their December 2 clash at Aver Arena where Jones will challenge Green for his IBO cruiserweight belt.
Forty-year-old Jones is looking to make history as the first boxer to claim world titles in all five weight divisions from middleweight to heavyweight.
Green wants to cement his reputation in international boxing with an upset victory over one of the greats.
The 36-year-old brawler said despite Jones being quicker and harder hitting than Anthony Mundine, the last man to beat Green, he's confident he can beat the American.
"I can see it, I have this recurring vision that I've got and haven't had this feeling for a long time," Grenn said.
"I can envisage an earlier than 12th round stoppage by myself against Roy Jones Jr.
"Knocking Roy Jones out is going to put me right at the top of the mountain and to beat him in the form he's in is going to make it more of an achievement."
Green insisted Jones' stellar boxing reputation didn't faze him.
"The respect's gone, it's in the past," he said.
"The bloke's coming to knock me out and that's a very personal thing to do in front of my family and friends.
"He's coming to take my world title belt that I've worked 16 long hard years to acquire and simply he's not getting."
Jones brushed off the verbal jabs, saying despite fighting outside the US for the first time in 20 years, he was certain Green would not survive the fight.
Just how many rounds, he wasn't exactly sure.
"It all depends on how Danny comes out there," Jones said.
"If he's going to hit me hard as hell early, because I know he's strong, he's quick, it'll piss me off and from there, there we go.
"Danny brings what he brings but I don't think he will see the 12th round."
Jones said he never considered pulling out of the Green fight after recently signing for a hotly-anticipated fight with old foe Bernard Hopkins to be held just months later.
He said he has been widely urged not to waste his time on a fight with Green which will earn him far less money and attract less interest.
But Jones said he his fight against Green gives him the opportunity to achieve something new.
"I beat Hopkins with one hand, that ain't nothing new to do, this is new, I like new stuff. That old business is old business," he said.
"I beat Hopkins way back before you even knew his name with one hand, why should I be concerned about him, that's not even the issue right now.
"This (fight) solidifies part of my historic run, that's the only weight class I've not been crowned champion in."
Jones said when Australians see him fight they will "realise that all this time... they've been cheating themselves because there's no fighter on this planet as exciting, as charismatic and as fun to watch as Roy Jones is."

If Green KO's Jones, I dont think Mundine will fight Green again. It will also show how much improved Green is regardless of the age of Jones jnr. Roy might be old but he looks after himself well and is still a tricky fight for any of the elite.
However Roy Jones can turn up to a fight not his usual self and this version of Roy would be welcomed by Danny. If Jones goes through the 1st round comfortable and he starts turning the fight into an artful dancing circus (dont know what to call Roy Jones's fight style) it'll most likely look like a mismatch.
Im a big fan of Roy Jones jnr so Im going for the Pensacolian. If Green wins good on him, it'll show how far he's travelled from his fight with Mundine. None of these 2 want or need a draw.
