How is Salita the mandatory challenger for Khan

Two words: Bob Arum.

Of course by that I mean Mr.Arum has done a wonderful job in getting Salita extremely tough world class competition such as the amazing 20-11-1 Raul Munoz and so Salita has fairly earnt his status as mandatory challenger.

You only have to take the mandatory if the other team has some influence. Like when JC had to have the rematch v Veit in Germany. If on the other hand you had Freeman Barr's team it is all together different
