Great, another barn-burner we're likely to miss live. I think this one has a good chance of being like the first one rather than the second. Barrera is entering this fight with the ghost of a shocking loss behind him, just the way the Jones fight haunted him back in 2000. They seem to really not like each other, and Barrera was able to really get up for that first fight and turn it on. I think he underestimated Pacquio and misread the fight badly, which there is no chance of him doing for this fight. There is a good chance he will rise to the occasion on the night, the fight has great potential.

Why dont sky show fights live anymore this time last year we got holy-toney live. mayweather fights live etc now we dont :x

PS Sky should show the first 2 fights in full just to remind new fans and others who havent seen the fights for a long time.

Because its cheaper for them to buy it and show it delayed than to buy and show it live.

Well I am cannot wait for this one and I firmly behind Barrera who I think has beaten Morales twice (I'm in the minority on that one I know, I thought he won the rematch fairly wide).

I had it the opposite way :TU:

Thought Morales clearly won the rematch but Barrera won the first fight.

Although i think Barrera possibly has slipped a little whereas Morales seems to be firing at the moment

Might download it (if available) before Sky show it.

Like I said, I'm in the minority. I just thought he won the majority of the early rounds when he was boxing and held his own when it started to hot up.

I too thought he won the first fight, but I have watched that fight many times since and I now see Morales 1 round up going to the last, which Bareera won 10-8 (although a very controversial KD). So I scored it Barrera by 1 point.

I, sadly, agree with you last point - I cannot see Barerra winning this time, I just hope he does (because I think he has confirmed his supremacy over him). Morales' new vein of form, Barrera slipping, and the weight means it is an uphill task for the baby face assasin.

Morales is going to whack Barrera out of there this time. He is going to be so much stronger than Barrera at Super Feather.

Much as I want Barrera to win I think Morales will beat him soundly. He's looked really strong at 130.

They've both been in so many wars, it's hard to be sure who has the most left.
At this age, the smaller guys can go at any time, and Morales has been to war so many times. Getting hurt by Jesus Chavez was a bit of a surprise....I wouldn't be too shocked to see the cunning Barrera pull it out of the bag this time round.
I thought MAB won the first no problems, and Morales won the 2nd.

Yes folks, this fight is defintely for The Big Enchilada :TU:

I'd have this much closer had Morales not looked so impressive last time. He went off like a rocket and never ever looked in the least bit concerned that his stamina might let him down.

By contrast Barrera has lost much of his fire. Rarely do you see a hard 2-fisted attack from him these days. He still boxes beautifully but I don't see how it will be enough especially at the higher weight.

I think of the 3 fights between these two this one will be the most clear cut - in favour of Morales.

I think Mexicain pride will make Barrera raise his game one more time, however this time I feel it will not be enough, Morales will be too strong and sharp for him this time and win on point or even late stoppage.
