Interesting to see someone with Zeller's record referred to as a journeyman.

What defines a journeyman as such? Somebody who loses more than he wins? Someone who will fight anywhere, anytime, any place - even at short notice?

What do we reckon? Good article on Peret by the way. Sometimes these insights can be every bit as interesting as reading about a world champion.

real nice guy and i laugh every time i think of him...have filmed a couple of times when he has been fighting. Unfortunatly probably the worst smelling man i have ever met...think he uses some sort of deepheat when warming up but it literally could be used in germ warfare.

best memory is when he lost a decision to dave ferguson last time out, stormed from the ring only to steam straight into a locked fire exit infront of everyone, or trying to unlock his locker with his fist when it stole his pound.

real good fighter for anyone to learn from. is old school and i think a lot of boxers could be a bit more like him in the way they apply themselves

Why live in Kirkenes if you are a journeyman boxer?? Makes zero sense. To fly from there to anywhere (even within Norway) is extremely expensive and major hassle.

I have been there once, it really is like the back of beyond. Dark and ice cold 6 months a year, never gets the dark for the other 6 months.

It`s like a place time forgot. Full of pisscarts and roughnuts. It borders with Northern Russia and carries the scars of this. I cannot think of a less convenienet place to live if you are a journeyman boxer. Quite amazing really.

I am sure if he speaks Norwegian as well as it claims in the article he could get a job in Oslo or bergen doing translating work or even bouncing? Much handier and would not eat all his wages in travel expenses when he flies to the Uk for fights.

great read, seen Peret fight on quite a few bills over here and although you would think the guy is a joke by how he looks and the nickname etc, he's not a bad journeyman and his win over Big Larry shows that.
