This new system of weight controlling the ranking just dosent work. Look at #12 in the lightweights Fernando Velardez he weighed 130 lbs in his last bout, he is a Jr. Lt / Featherweight. Yet he is rated as a lightweight. and hes 26-5-1

Fernando Velardez fought in an official lightweight bout last, and in an light welterweight bout before. So he is assigned to a probable division, I think.
Ricardo Daniel Silva has good last fights and results.
The ratings are not only looking to the ratio of wins and losses - but they also looks at quality of opponents - and more recent bouts have higher weight.
