In fairness mate, you are awful at predicting fights. Hagler has 10x the knowledge about the sport that you have.TheGoods wrote:Hagler you are fat, bloated and bitter that I get paid to give my views on boxing on a weekly basis. Your credibility on this forum died a long, long time ago.
PS - I'll be in Sunderland on Friday so let me know in advance and I'll have a bit of on the cobbles action with you. Am willing to take 4/7 on myself, such is my utter and supreme confidence that I'll smash you to pieces. Then, hopefully, you will stop stalking me on the internet.

Re: Hunter primed for 2 Smooth
I had a £50 free bet for opening an account. Bunged it on Hatton to TKO the Mexican(?) in the 8th @ 40/1.opticald wrote:In fairness mate, you are awful at predicting fights.TheGoods wrote:Hagler you are fat, bloated and bitter that I get paid to give my views on boxing on a weekly basis. Alas he TKO'd him in the 4th (or vice versa).
I won on my original stake, and I never used the account again........A moral victory over the bookie for me, me thinks, and it nearly came off big time.
Re: Hunter primed for 2 Smooth
unfortunately he's due to get his arm bent out of shape in Nottingham next week so he may be, "unavailable". This is the problem when you come on here at 4am blasting away....you soon run out of slots in the diary...TheGoods wrote: PS - I'll be in Sunderland on Friday so let me know in advance and I'll have a bit of on the cobbles action with you. Re: Hunter primed for 2 Smooth
Analysed this one last night. If the two men were of equal stature, I'd make booth a big favourite - but they aren't, Hunter is the naturally bigger stronger man and that evens up the equations.
Booth has mixed in better company, and looked very good last time out, but has the defecit in punch power and sheer physical strength. This makes for quite a tantalising fight.
It's possible that Hunter overwhelms him, but I think Booth is a bit too good for that. I think this fight will probably go the distance or very near it, so both men will have to work hard.
Booth UD12 - or Hunter 10-12 look like good bets to me.

This is what I love about this forum.
I was looking forward to this scrap anyway...now I'm REALLY looking forward to it, what with the needle on here!
The Goods 4/7
Hagler 5/4

5/4 doesn't sound great value on an alleged "fat, bloated person"....

possibly the worst researched and most disgusting post on Boxrec I have ever read. And I should know, I've read a few.
Factually, you're obviously wrong, as Michael Hunter is still boxing. And at the time he walked away from the game Michael had lost his mother who he was clearly very close to, and struggled to be in the fighter's frame of mind. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for making out he quit boxing on the back of a loss to an exceptional, World Class opponent.
And Opticald.....if you don't think that both me, and I would say the majority of posters, don't realise that you're on a professional wind up, there's really not much can be done for you.
Desmondo....."keyboard cowards" I said, you said "warriors".......but seriously. You seem to be in possession of some intellect, as well as a reasoned argument, unlike, say, Opticald. But I'll say again, I have no issue with other people having opinions , whether they be different to mine or not...(Chr*st, you're making me sound like Spud now , which I resent
)....I am merely unhappy that Michael Hunter's game, and highly successful efforts in this most dangerous and financially unrewarding of sports are getting sh*t on from a height, by people who don't possess a fraction of the man's balls or work ethic.
Mate, Hunter quit against Molitor in front of his home fans. He looked to his corner and quit. Werent you giving Witter stick for quitting? At least Witter was on his stool and getting convinced by his cornerman to quit. (Still disgusting btw). Hunter quit in front of all his mates, all his school pals, all his community, all his fans. Then he retired from the sport. And you are saying they are not related? Get a clue mate.
Hunter will quit again when the going gets tough on Friday.
Re: Hunter primed for 2 Smooth
No, you did not say 'warriors', you said 'cowards'....
I dont know why Im even entertaining you on here anyway, your a bit of a knob jockey...

I know it must hurt when week in week out you get your predictions oh so wrong but please don't hurt me for highlighting the fact you're a clueless guesser, I wouldn't want to have the self proclaimed hardest man on the Betfair forum wanting to have a roll around in a car park with me

So, am I "a tool" beause you say so? If we are going by most of your opinions and what crap you state then I'm comfortable in the knowledge that I'm not a tool. And by the way, your wrong when you say 'Hunter didn't quit on the back of a loss...because he's still boxing', he did quit of the back of that loss beause that was his last fight before he returned after he retired for what ended up a short while. Whatever personal problems, it was still on the back of that loss he quit, records dont say 'lost...but ' I think its time that you get your facts right instead of concentrating so much in brown nosing Hunter and trying to lick his arse clean.

What was your name on there, or am i going senile??
I was hurt by it but then again, Dunne is pretty fragile, that it what made the Cordoba fight so special...He could quit now and he would be a Euro and world champ, a great resume most can only dream of!
Just hope he cheers up, he has nothing to be ashamed of
