boxrec lapel badges

Post by rhino222 »

just thought this would be a good idea, a way of recognising fellow posters at events, to save wearing t-shirts etc.

plus it would give half of us an idea of who to punch !! ..... :bag:

but in all seriousness, surely its a good idea, a small enamel (red and black with a white background) lapel badge with the straight forward boxrec logo.

not sure how we would go about getting them manufactured but im sure you guys would be interested.

anyone any ideas?

why not a tie for posh occassions but they would only make them if the T_shirts have sold well

I always wear a red rose in my lapel when going to fights, just in case.
Don't you mean pink carnation?

Have you thought this through, Rhino?

Imagine this horror scenario.

You are standing at the bar proudly sporting your boxrec lapel badge and having a pint before the show starts.

You notice the guy waiting to be served is also wearing the afore-mentioned badge.

You strike up a conversation.

Suddenly you realise you are in a face to face situation with Funso Banjo Baby!

And you have a full pint in your hand and nowhere to hide.

Just when you think it can't get any worse, FBB announces "Some of the other boxrec guys will be here soon. Broughton Rules Refuge is still trying to angle park the reliant robin and D.G. is just having a sh1t!"

Great night eh?
