to be fair i think it was chiv that originally wanted the fight , it made sense , ticket sales wise etc etc as woodhouse played for mansfield and chiv was from mansfeild , both with similar records and weight . but woodhouse took exception and started being an idiot about it .

ive stood next to curtis and he is about 5ft9

oh okay my mistake thanks rhino , i definitely read once that woodhouse was much bigger than 5'9

im always surprised how small these fellas are when you are next to them, i know they are all muscle and upper body, compared to us burger munchers... :OhYes:

the most amazed i have ever been was at the mccracken v keith holmes fight. holmes, although obviously well developed across the lats and shoulders and arms. had legs that were holding the same amount of muscle as jeremy beadles bad arm... :lol:

the likes of naz had thick legs for his size and weight.

speak for yourself 'burgermuncher' i nearly spat out my granola lowfat powerbar when you called me that :) I'm 6'2 most people seem pretty short but like you say a lot of boxers 'look' bigger/heavier in muscular sense than they 'really' are, Froch i would have bet was 13odd stone first time i saw him....
