It is difficult to say at present. I feel they are both at the same level and the two best prospects at present.

Groves looked like a class act last night. He did a lot of things that other prospects have failed to do, i.e. shown patience, great movement and waited to break down his tough opponent. He got a stoppage against a tough opponent who has never been stopped before and looked great doing it. In comparison, Jeffries and Saunders faced tough journeymen in their last outing but didnt using their boxing skills to break down their opponent they tried to force the stoppage too early and in the end got an untidy points win.

Groves is definatly learning as a pro, last night was a good performance, he showed patients to wear his man down, compare it with Jeffries who was trying to hard for the knockout.

Our new Eubank and Benn :OhYes:

Degale just needs to develop a love for monocles and six wheelers and the job's a good un.

What surprised me was how happy Jeffries was with the performance last night, yes its good he got some rounds, but he needs to look at what he did in the ring as well.
When he uses his jab it looked good, but to often he smothered his own work by trying for the big punch.
Maybe after he watches the tape of the fight he'll realise what work he needs to do.
