For those that have ordered the event and have sky+ are you able to record the fight as in i can get the green timer symbol to tell me the programme has started.
But i can't get the record symbol it just says you cannot record this programme.
I phoned up the automated Primetime number today with credit card details and my sky+ box details. (if i had known about the other human service number i found on here later i would have used that to avoid any confusion)
Is everyone else the same? I am trying to suss out if i have successfully ordered the event![[icon_witsend.gif] :witzend:](./images/smilies/icon_witsend.gif)

Re: Primetime tv and sky plus??
go to sports on the Sky channel list, go to primetime in the sports menu, highlight the two main programmes, 10 and 2 I think, then hit the Sky+ record button for each - seems to accept it that way.
Had to work it out, as the clueless muppet at primtetime didn't have a clue when I asked him.

Re: Primetime tv and sky plus??
I have phoned them and they are saying that i will have to wait till the programme starts to be able to start the recording which sounds a bit strange but will wait and see.
I tried to go into the sky+ menu and go to sports to try and get it recorded that way but had no success
I will keep my fingers crossed that it comes on and works proper.
Good luck to all primetime viewers hoping to watch the boxing tonight and i hope the service gets better but their only staring out so we should cut them a bit of slack.
