Not working for me either, driving me mad.

I ordered it an hour before the encryption started.

Wasn't visable when it was encrypted, I tried the 'select twice' function too.

I also waited on the phone for 30 mins+ for them to eventually tell me they were resending the signal...

An hour later it's still not been activated, i've been on hold over 30 mins now too.

So pathetic, especially compared to sky box office which is a breeze and faultless.

Managed to get through eventually to prime time again, firstly they claimed I had given them a different number than in the past and that was the reason? Despite confirming it with them in total 4-5 times in the past...

After confirming the new numb er he then asked out of curiosity how Sky was behaving, I told him after pressing select twice the program goes into sky planner and can not be deleted. He then claimed it was a planner issue and to ring sky customer services, there was nothing he would be able to do or advise...

So I rang Sky customer services and there is an automated message on there saying that "please note for issues with the fight please ring primetime on... we can't help you."

I'm baffled at how badly run this service has been.

lol primetime laughing at the mugs who bought the fights. they are an absolute joke outfit and deserve no support from us. NONE!! I watched the taylor abraham fight on a decent stream and it was a lot better than paying 15 quid for a blank screen. Something has to be done about these primetime clowns.

TBH, I had feeling this would be Micky Mouse and shouldn't have given them chance to rip me off.
Don't be daft, Ant (and you didn't text me, btw 8) ) - you want to support a new venture which is purporting to provide a service for fight fans. It isn't your fault, no matter how many times some daft tit calls 'you lot' a 'mug'.

If nobody bothered, we would never have a genuine service. Seems like this one has gone down very, very badly though. Lastminute.com it seems.

To be honest, it was the pricing that threw me off. No chance I'd be paying for it. Plus I had reservations about a new service, after setanta treated me like a mug one time. I like SBO fights, they are the only PPV fights I'll buy. This primetime garbage is going down like a lead balloon. It's simply UNACCEPTABLE to take money from people and promise a service and then deliver the sh*te they are delivering. by all accounts they are giving excuses to people on the phones. that poor chap who got his mates around for the fights and now has given up. Personally I'd be f*cking fuming if I coughed up my hard earned for this!!
