I don't think funny is a word that's ever sprung to mind when watching a KO but,

a KO that I appreciate from a boxing perspective was the sheer awesomeness when Joel Casamayor (under-dog) took out Michael Katsidis. That was CLINICAL.

there's loads but that stands out.

You need to check out Tszyu-Judah.

Goes down. Gets up (too fast) and then says, "Ref, ref, I'm alright, I'm Ok. Can't you want him for hitting me?" Then goes down again. Zab then proves that his senses are intact by letting out some camp howls of "He didn't count, Yo'!" and throwing a chair at Buzz Lightyear.

It made me laugh.
yes , now that you mention it that is a top one. Tyszu's right (??) was MASSIVE, and versus a world class opponent at the top of his game.
I seem to recall lots of "chicken dance" talk on Boxrec, and on Youtube it's one of those videos with a million vile "bitch got KTFO'd" type classy comments underneathe it.

Audley getting sparked off Sprott and then claiming it was stopped premature.

Tyson's KO of Berbick was funny because Trevor was an arsehole.

That combined with him falling all over the ring made me smile.

As Dundee said in the corner: "You're fighting like a putz"

Tysons Ko of Lou Saverse was funny. He slaughtered him - but would not stop hitting him - dodgy referee John Coyle jumped in - and Tyson floored him too

I wouldnt say boxing was a laughing matter but-
Vitali Klitschko vs Mike Acklie - makes me laugh from start to finish, however many times I watch it.
Also the boxer who can't get in or out of the ring is pretty class. Though the original recording on Harry Carpenter's Boxing Bedlam shows it better.

i was ringside for the 2nd one mate, well, as good as, except they'd paid one or 2 hundred more and were lower down with a worse view than me.
Don't recall a chicken dance, but Enzo had a kind of air of....."oh well, that wasn't a surprise"

i think he just ran out of gas. Joe Calzaghe would never do that. Afolabi was having a right old laugh with the crowd....he'd be leaning right back on the ropes as far as he could while Enzo was winging away, then he'd turn round at us all and smile... .....crazy scenes.....I remember thinking, well if that's how confident you are then put some energy into it you lazy sod.......then obviously the KO came.....right out the blue, it was one of them "Woahhh!!!" moments..."did I just see that?!"

perhaps that was his tactic all night and he knew what he was doing. If so he showed some serious disregard for Enzo's power. I think Afolabi had been fighting better opponents in sparring and holding his own, and I think he knew that going in. Listen to me ramble... , sorry.....just found that fight amusing/ fascinating.

Judah has referee Jay Nady by the throat - for stopping the fight - when it wa completely fair enough call to make

then he throws a stool at Nady when he was pulled back to his corner
