just saw Kevin there and hes on route down know
looking nice and healthy and seems right up for it,
i felt like just going awol from work and jumping in the car with him to come down

Mcintyre weighed - 10st 9.5
Flournoy - 10st 10.1 ( had to go commando im told )
Flournoy turned up well after the weigh in , in his shorts and Flip flops
maybe struggling to get the weight down.
