No - PAL doesn't keep a history of their previous champions on their web site.

The results of the 2009 tournament are on USA Boxing's web site. You might also check there for prior results. http://www.usaboxing.org.

While it is not the actual PAL website, there is a site that has a history of PAL results. It is a wikipedia site that has 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 with all the results from every day. They will shortly post all of last weeks results for the 2009 entries. The site is -

does anyone know how isaac torres looked? He was bragging to everyone down here that he was going to the Olympics and I read where he told the local paper in an interview that he is one of the favorites to win the gold. I couldn't go up there to the PALS, but I am sure that he kicked ass because he always "backs up" what he says! Ma man told me that he was always wearing his "Olympic" jacket at the PALS which I guess proves he is an Olympian!

thanks byrdman i appreciate it.
I knew torres was just blowin smoke. I cannot understand how someone can boast so much and yet get "SHUT OUT" like that? Not even one point!! that is really embarrassing for an olympian. Has he ever fought internationally? I know he told alot of guys he has fought for the US internationally before. I looked it up, but I can't see where he has. Sooner or later, lies stacked up on top of lies catch up with you. Then your reputation goes downhill along with your primitive skills.

I was there and thought Victor did a good job and definitely beat Isaac. Both boxers had more points in raw scores - the 6-0 is in accepted. Mosquera's name doesn't carry any weight at national tournaments and I guess the judges thought Torres lost.

but 6-0 no
That just means that three of the judges did not push the button for the same boxer within the 1 second window. It really depends on what you can see in order to score a punch - ref may be in your way, boxer may have his back to you, etc.

Jordan Brand is no longer sponsor of USA Boxing, so no more jordans. You can't buy them but you would think that you could as many of them you see around. They were given away to JO finalists a few years back, but since then only to boxers who are invited to camp in CO. The uniform were given away to JO finalists until last year when Everlast became sponsor.
