Did Thaxton win the other day there???He could give earl a good fight but too late now i feel but saying tha earl will NEVER win a genuine world title, good domestic fighter/ eurpoean/commonwealth but never seen anything from him yet that impressed me too much, see him losing his unbeaten in 2005.
Earl has never impressed me really, he's pretty one dimensional IMO I don't even see him doing anything above Commonwealth/British level Bigped, i see him being found out at European level. Not that he is likely to contest for that belt, his next move will surely be WBU/WBO/WBF i would expect?

Most probarly mate im only an amature with a few fights but i trully intend to go pro and no way NO WAY will i ever fight for shit... promise that now.. like you say earl will get beat mate, see what happens him and thaxton would be good hope it gets made....
Thaxton is a very hard person to rank, he's been out a long time and who knows what he is going to be like when tested by a domestic contendor. I have seen the Boxing Monthly have him high up, personally I haven't placed him in the ten yet - mainly because his last meaningful win was such a long time ago.
I am a fan of Thaxton and thing/hope he can get back to his best (which would definately be in the top ten). I do find it a dilemma.
