Rogan failed to answer the bell, it goes on the previous round as the result.

The Betting website WILL have terms and conditions, based on their definition of what a "round" is etc. You agree to them when placing a bet, or joining the site.

In this case, the answer is pretty clear, but in grey areas, they will almost certainly be within their terms- so there isn't much you can do.

From SkyBet rules:

If a boxer withdraws during the period between rounds, the fight is deemed to have ended in the previous round. The bell will signal the end of a round and the bell being sounded again will signal the start of the next.

Unlucky mate.

So I take it the bell didn't go? (I didn't see it)
I'd imagine given the injury Rogan would have told his team to pull him as soon as he got back to the corner.
