Haye Decision. I hope once he realises he can't bomb Valuev out he gets on his bike and outboxes him. If he doesn't he'll gas and be stopped late.

I had a dream about this fight last night, haye got destroyed in the first round. I'm just hoping I'm not some modern day oracle.
Got to say if you pick a result in the 1st 4 rounds for either fighter you can make money - thats where the fight for me will be decided.

I really hope Haye does it. This fight really has captured the public imagination.

Haye really has done it the right way. He hasnt had his record padded against nobodies, he is a real fighter and the size a Heavyweight should be. Im not interested in these huge 245lb plus fighters.

I see Haye winning early or valuev in about 7. I hope I am wrong, but I can see Haye getting caught and shook with tail end shots as he comes out of exchanges.

Haye by KO, early doors.

On paper it's a pick'em but I'm going to go with my heart instead of head. I don't think Haye will have the problems landing on the big man's chin that some are predicting. There could be a feeling out period but as soon as Haye lands flush I think he hurts the russian and finishes him off in devestating fashion.

Fingers crossed. :TU:

What will happen if Valuev hits Haye is the question?

Yeah, that's the big worry, what if Haye gets wobbled before he can get a foothold, could see his stamina and game plan going up in smoke in favour of windmilling.

Haye's been out for a long time and he's gone above and beyond the call of duty in promoting this fight when he'd ideally be locked away in prep, I really hope he's in as good a state mentally and physically as he's looking and saying he is. I think he is, and I also think he'll make Valuev pay for any attack mounted.

If he was fighting Vitali I would know the outcome, but against Valuev I think Haye can outbo him for win a ko be great but the win is most important!

I'm going for the Haye points win. He will outbox and outspeed Valuev. Haye won't knock him out and hopefully he won't try too much because he could get gassed against a man so big.

Haye. Points.
I'm thinking Haye can get inside quite easily and unleash effective punches.
Almost said ko or retirement. I like his chances of doing it, but won't underestimate Valuev's chin.
Has Valuev been seriously wobbled before? I've not seen many of his fights and in the ones I did see - he looked hittable but not exactly vulnerable.
If it turns crazy like Monte Barrett fight, only Valuev can win for me. But I think Haye will try and stay smart.

If he can make a 7 footer topple to the canvas it'll be replayed for the rest of his career to hype up future fights.

Valuev on points or a late stoppage.

I am caught up in two minds - Valuev can use his weight like Riddick Bowe did against Herbie Hide and just wear
David Haye out - Valuev is a pretty durable guy with good, awkward skills - he is not a bum by any imagination. He won't knock
Haye out but he could stop David Haye through exhaustion.

Or - David Haye will put up the fight of his life and get robbed on the scorecards - David Haye has to knock out Valuev to win
in Nuremberg of all places! Haye won't be knocking out Valuev and we should all know by now that Germany is no place to get a fair deal. And I am putting my final pick on:

Valuev W MD 12 Haye. (a complete robbery and we will all be whinging about it tomorrow)

Valuev by late KO, after busting Haye with his jab from a distance and tying him up close the whole time. If this is a David vs Goliath 2, then this is Goliath`s Revenge. Haye will be busted up real baaad.

I think Valuev will win by KO10. Valuev is so used to going 12 rounds.

Even the Haye camp admit Haye is a 'fast twitch' athelete who doesn't have much stamina. I really, really hope I'm wrong but I think Haye gets stopped here.

Even my girlfriend is really looking forward to this one

Come on David :box:

Haye to win a split decision.
I can see Valuev being right on top during the last 3 rounds and Haye will be hanging on at the end, having had to get off the canvas in the late stages.

We have all been a little bit guilty of building Valuev into some unbeatable monster, Haye KO 3 in what turns out to be a ridiculously easy nights work. Valuev is shit really, we are all just panicking a bit. Who has Valuev fought that was anywhere near the calibre of Haye? No one unless they were 5-10 years past their sell by date. Chagaev beat him for fucks sake and he's absolute shite. Haye wins this very, very quickly. I just hope he goes after Wlad first before Vitali.
