haye MD. deserved it. awkward for him with the size. but haye won and so he should have.

get in there haye! be exciting next time.

wins close fight in germany. nice one.

IMO, that was quite masterful from hayemaker. not enough shots, so i was shitting myself over the decision. but the reet man won.

got decision in germany, and he should have. for a cruiser champ to do this, is impressive. he can smash up ruiz, be exciting next time.

2 weight champ.

but I'll tell you- if it was an ACTUAL German, and not an adopted German... it wouldn't have happened this way.

Biased announcers and even more biased judges. You don't win a championship belt by running away all night. I told you the fix would be in on this one.

can't see haye getting many good reviews though. :D
Agree regarding the reviews but honestly thought Haye fought a pretty average fight, Valuev on the other hand was absolutely awful. Thought Haye did what was required. Not pretty viewing though.

Now does this negative performance from Haye get him a fight with the Klitschkos?

I'm glad Haye won. I think he brings more money to the table than Valuev does, so the judges went for him. He still has no chance vs Vitali

How can Haye get a decision so clearly .. when Dirrel who put on a better masterclass of the same tactics recently lost?

I`m just amazed he got that .. happy for him ... but truly amazed.

He obviously had a gameplan and stuck to it.
Perhaps the Germans can teach us a thing or two about how to treat an away fighter fairly

That's why they let him win. The boxing mobsters figured Haye could rake in more sheckels. I told you the fix would be in on this one, only I was afraid that Valuev would be made to take a dive. He didn't. He maintained his honor by fighting an honest fight. Just crooked judges, as usual.

Us Brits have have a condecending view that we are the bastians of fair play, but the UK is probably the hardest place in the world to get treated right

Obviously not the same set of judges. Valuev should have used Froch's.

Boxing judging is subjective- no deeper answer than that is needed.
