I`m just amazed he got that .. happy for him ... but truly amazed.

Us Brits have have a condecending view that we are the bastians of fair play, but the UK is probably the hardest place in the world to get treated right
Probably a fair point actually, thinking about it.

Valuev is 7 feet tall. In all honesty what more dimensions could he have at that size.

Boxing judging is subjective- no deeper answer than that is needed.

Yeah, subjective. Subject to how much money passes under the table.

You don't win a championship belt by running away all night. As they say, BULLSHIT.

Both guys were cack to be honest.
But all Haye did from round 1 until round 12 was skit about pot-shotting. What a poor advert for championship heavyweight boxing.

I don’t go for conspiracies. But this fight does raise an eyebrow.
I’m very glad Haye won. Even though I don’t agree with the decision.

If Germany can be so fair and accommodating to a visiting boxer. Lets hope that one day Britain will be also. How good would it to have unbiased decisions and no booing of the visitors .. Or his national anthem.

luckily for haye the bent fat f*ck paul thomas wasn't judging. he's in the pocket of the germans (scoring dimitrenko vs chambers even).

i don't feel sorry for valuev, he lost to holyfield clearly and shouldn't have had the title.

Typical Valuev fight except he usually gets the decision. Bit strange after the final bell, Haye looked like he knew he won it and Valuev looked like he knew he lost which is strange when Valuev fights in Germany. Kalle Sauerland more or less ignored Valuev and was licking the hole of Haye. Mmmm conspiracy maybe, Kalle knows Haye is the moneymaker and I believe he has rights for his next few fights, almost like Haye got the hometown decision in Germany!! Well done to Haye though, looking forward to seeing him up against one of the Klits.

If you can't see the difference between Dirrell's negative performance and Haye's defensive one, then you probably shouldn't try scoring the fights.

Haye wasn't especially active, but Valuev wasn't landing anything. Haye's shots were sharper and more effective.

There's no way to beat Valuev impressively - he's just so big and effective at what he does - it's always going to be nip and tuck. It was a close fight - why do people have to start shouting robbery all the time.

I think Valuev just wasnt landing for the most part, you cant win rounds by not landing, nothing wrong with that decision but a terrible terrible viewing spectacle

Why don't you educate us than flux? They both landed more, hurt their man, and ran for the most part. What did Haye do that was so much different?

How is one regarded as negative and the other defensive? they were almost identical tactics.

Not get involved at all, and pot shot to steal rounds. Unless you watched something else of course?

Both guys didnt do much, I had it to Haye about 8-4, but he only slightly outlanded Valuev in most the rounds he won, he ran, threw about half the shots of the Russian and Valuev landed decent shots occasionally and worked the jab
