Yeah it was Buncey, Woodhall, Costello (sp) and Ronald McIntosh. In my opinion an infinitely better set up than the sky pundits.

5live was good. They've all got different opinions though. If Valuev would've got the nod would we be slagging off 5live?
What did Watt have to say anyway?

They scored it 116-112. I had polish pictures so I thought I'ld use Radio 5 live commentary - they were very enthusaistic, so much so it came across as a totally different fight on the radion i.e. haye snatching the title amid extraordinary to and fro action. I ended up going back listening to the commentary in Polish who were positively funereal in their broadcast (not that I understood a word but it made it a bit easier to score without the flag waving patriotism of our BBC colleagues.) I thought Haye might have won it by a round but I wouldnt have argued either way. Will be interested to see how he gets on against other heavyweights - the tactics for Valuev were necessary but it made for a poor spectacle.

Hes a disgrace in that he doesnt suck Hayes cock and pretend hes fighting a dominating fight when he puts the worst display of running and not punching than Witter/Dirrell ever have. I had Haye winning but it could have gone either way

I don't think he is, but Watt is possibly the most negative commentator about.

I was at the fight and had Haye winning by a mile and heard rumours about Jim Watt having Valuev ahead which to me is crazy. What did he actually say?

Nothing crazy, just that Valuev was the more aggressive fighter and that Haye needs to throw more...hang on a minute...

The problem was he kept talking about the fight being in germany and was factoring in German reffereeing bias into his scoring which I thought was probably the wrong way to go about it (assuming corruption!)

I agree with this. Jim Watt seems to think his job is to second-guess the judges rather than give his own assessment of the fight. So when we see "Jim Watt's Scorecard" superimposed on the screen - it should actually read: " Jim Watt's Guesses On What The Biased Judges' Scorecard Might Look Like".

Jim said he didn't know how to score a round if Haye landed two shots and Valuev none. He seemed to think there was an argument for giving such a round to Valuev. This makes no sense. Jim's subjective scoring should not try to factor in bent or incompetent judges. His bosses should tell him this because it is annoying and pointless.
