Yes, I have this feeling also. Sky a stating shows they are showing in March, but no mention of this. Calzaghe, Eastman, Hopkins, Amir Khan - looks like a PPV.

I might go for it providing Calzaghe is fighting someone decent (or someone ranked in the top ten).

I thought Khan's fights where going to be shown on the BBC (well his fights for the next 18 months)

How does this fit in and around SKY is interesting.

They can suck my cock. I am never ever going to pay to watch Calzaghe or Hatton unless its against the very best. And even then it will have to be a special fight.

Talk about killing boxing. First they cut down their live fights, more mismatches than ever, Ringside and Fightschool gone and now this.

I see what you're saying but no PPV has been announced people are speculating. There is no way it will be a PPV its a friday night fight on Feb 11th nothing to do with Eastman v Hopkins at all. Eastman is with Hennessy.

Surely Eastman will be on BBC?

If not on Sunday afternoon grandstand, then Sunday night - and late.

I doubt we'll see it live over here so have to dust off the old wireless and tune into Five Live.

Since the purseoffer was won by Golden boy promotions (GBP) they are the one that have the UK tv right, so it really depends on who will offer GBP the most money/or do GBP already have a deal with eother SKY or BBC?

They have a programme on news years eve...although Alexander might have made in a no contest (unless they have some Roy Jones coverage).

As for the PPV, Calzaghe Vs Veit will never be PPV.
