Why has Valuev Vs. Klitschko's never happened?

So they are all heavyweights, from the same part of the world and all 3 have been on the world scene for a few years now. Why hasn't one of the Klitschko's fought Valuev? Have they avoided him due to his size and style? It just seems strange that fight has never been made.

If I remember rightly Vitali wanted to fight him after the Sam Peter fight, so that the Klitschkos could have all four major belts. I'm not sure why it never came off although it wouldve been an easy night for both Wlad and Vitali in my opinion.

Because the Klits are very hard to deal with and there is no way they would reach an agreement with Don King.Also,it would be an easy nights work for the brothers,they are not daft enough to kill the golden goose.
