Also, what is the scoop on the TD 2 for Willis Earls. I had a ko 2 on my record, but I can't find a fight report

The Bobby Walker bout can't be nothing but the same venue, as it's reported; "he returned to action after an absence of seven years".
-"I'm never gonna retire, declared Ziggy. I may come back every decade". Ziggy, 38, is now 32-4 in the proffessional boxing ranks".
Willis Earls, TD 2 - rings a bell.

The Ring, Nov. 69, reports;
"Dave Zygleicz laid his Texas heavyweight title on the line against Willis Earls, Austin, in a scheduled 15-rounder in Beaumont's Fair Park rodeo arena.....It started out at a terrific pace and Earls rocked Ziggy several times in the opening round. The torrid pace continued in the second. It was toe to toe in punishing fashion.
Zig uncorced his speciality, a right hand shot to the body, and Earls was in distress. Ziggy plowed in, and a right cross to the head streched the Capitol City boxer for the full count. It was all over in 2:55 of round two".
I've checked the following issues and nothing indicates any changes, so it is KO 2 for Ziggy.

Hi Mike!
I got the answere; "DZ, 190, Houston, formerly of New York, and veteran Jerry (Kayo) Keyes, 195, Houston, staged a riotious brawl that was short lived. Ziggy, a Rocky Marciano type fighter, rushed Ziggy into the ropes and wound up in the aisle. The rugged polack scrambled back into the ring immediatley ready for action, but Keyes was unable to continue and Ziggy was awarded a one round technical kayo". (The Ring, Dec 1965)
