this is damaging for the Contender Australia, cause now we all know that Junior Talipeau has been knocked out.

Should be a good fight thou.

What is he beats Soliman? Would it set up a match with the contender winner? After he faces 'the mouth' of course

Isn't Dec 5 when Arreola fights next? Could it be Tua-Arreola?

I have it on good authority that after accepting the fight, Jnr has since pulled out because he believes, even as the challenger, that his purse should be far in excess of the Champions!!

:shame:

Is Junior putting his Australian strap on the line or are they just fighting for Sam's regional titles?

I think it automatic that they vacate when fighting for a regional title.......

Not quite!
Oz title becomes vacant if they win Regional or lose to a boxer who is eligible to fight for OZ title.
In the event Junior vs. Sam ends in a Draw, Junior retains OZ title.

Not really. There were many valid reasons why ANBF had to separate its & regional champs.

This will be a change for Soliman. He is actually fighting somebody shorter than himself.

I too respect Sam.....great effort in all codes of combat sport over the years, but his slurred speech somewhat concerns me.
I'd like to see him have another MRI before he has another fight.

Not at this stage, because Jr believes he is entitled to a much more excessive purse than Soliman.
