Primetime Live Question

Post by scrap iron »

I'm sorry if this makes me clueless but is there any way you can watch Primetime Live on TV if you haven't got a landline connected to your Sky Box? Normally I just ring SBO up and order events over the phone. I can't understand why that system works for SBO, but not for Primetime Live.
If a phoneline does need to be connected what is the easier way of doing this?
Cheers.

I did and they suggested I just watch it online. Not the most helpful...

I was assured that the new 'pay through tv screen' option would be in place for this fight.

Does not seem to be though, after reading the posts.

I paid for it 'through the tv screen' last night. No problems. Really looking forward to this fight.

I tried it earlier in the week and it told me to try again later as the purchasing information was unavailable. Tried it last night and it was fine and its set to record in my planner as well.

can you buy the fight like you can do on SBO this week? Like just go to the events page select event and then press select to buy or do you have to register beforehand?

Buy it well before, don't leave it until the last min. I heard it there were big issues last time and people missed the fights.

Just call up - it is automated registration and you can pay for the fight at the same time!

(That's what I did last time!)

Easier than a PBF UD over Pacman!

piss poor service from Primetime.

I ordered online last time, missed the whole undercard, the main fight finally came on as they were entering the ring.

This time I have booked on the sky remote under Box Office, looks like it's worked okay but we'll see on Saturday night.

I've purchased to watch online. Stupidly, they force you to create an account each time you order, so I now have two accounts. One from the Froch-Dirrell fight, and one from this fight. :KO:
