I don't know how many guaranteed wins there are out there for Holyfield. Vander isn't interested in fighting anyone outside the top 20, and I don't know if there is anyone he can beat in the top 20 any more, certainly not many of them.

Might not be top twenty but someone like Clifford Etteine might be a good fight, maybe even a rubber with Moorer. Moorer's chin isn't to much and apparently was getting beaten up by Jirov before landing a honey punch.

For a British appearance maybe our Julius - as you said Holyfield might not be interested in that, but he might not have no choice. Julius IS a known fighter in America and might be a way of gathering some momentum. Holyfield wouldn't like the fight, but has got no other option I'm afraid.

Holyfield has stated many times that he is only interested in fights which put him in contention. Francis is nothing but an opponent and would get him nowhere.

I think Holyfield will finally quit when he realises he has no options left.
