Odd that James cos im a south londoner and i only have problems getting it occasionally.

where abouts, depends how the distribution is handled. I try every friday to get in WHsmith in tooting, and it's almost never there. same goes for the independents along that stretch. I haven't found a newsagent in brixton which stocks it yet.
