So we may get Mayweather-MATTHEW Hatton over here

Post by Phenomenal-Nutrition »

Apparently Pacquaio-Mayweather is all set for September next year. But as a warm up Mayweather might well be coming here to beat up the lesser brother. Can't think of anyone more undeserving but thats boxing

it would be just as easy & i will do it for half of the amount hatton wants

just give me 8 weeks to get fit...scrap that i only need a week...u dont need to be that fit to last 45 secs

As long as Mayweather vs Pacquaio does happen in September 2010 I don't care.

I cannot believe this is true but if it is...
Would it be on the undercard of Marquez-Hatton?

I don't think it will be announced until after Khan vs Salita, as Mayweather also showed interest in Salita.

Fixed it. This is PBF we are talking about. His ego knows no bounds

Matthew Hatton vs Floyd Mayweather is finner than Laurel & Hardy!

Surely, this has to be a wind-up? The late Jeremy Beadle is going to appear from nowhere in a minute.

Wow Mayweather is taking a risk!

facing a tough boxer in his own country. Now Mathew is like Rocky who gave Mayweather fits before getting hit with a lucky shot. But Mathew has better skills and is physically stronger he also has a KO punch and a granite chin.

i think thisis a really great opportunity for Matt if it comes off and one he deserves, he's a much improved fighter and if he turns up intop form and Mayweather has an off night who's to say he couldn't pull it off, where would that leave him in the Top 100 all time greats I really don't know. I could definitely see the Altrincham Leisure Centre filling out for this one, provided nobody's got the 5 aside football court already booked.....who knows, if he beats Mayweather what about a rematch with Craig Watson for the lb4lb title??

even Mayweather knows he'd be ran out of boxing taking on the guy who couldn't beat Ndou.

Its just the normal pre-negotiation 'I don't need you I can make millions fighting this guy or that' bollox that happens before every big fight.

Yes, but he'll loose even more credibility if he does, Hatton would get slaughtered.

SEPTEMBER?

How the chuff can he justify a TEN month layoff?

Why not just fight Manny Pac in March or April?

F##k me remember when Joe Louis used to whack five or six guys per year?
