Enzo's back! This is just what he needed. I can now see him pushing on and dominating the cruiserweight division. This was the REAL Enzo we saw tonight.

Come on.

I'd like to see him in with Herbie Hide, he'd get killed.

I think Lee Swaby would argue that he never even had any.

Macc has been down more than once prior to the Haye massacre.

and Ola Afolabi beat-down... and the Denis Lebedev leathering.

I think Enzo needed this sort of fight after the Haye fight, defineately after the Ofalabi fight. It was crazy to put him in with Lebedev.

It may take a few more like this to get him back but i think he can win British & Commonwealth titles. Maybe a European title.

Totally agree after Haye he needed an easy way back like his fight last night, Afolabi and Lebedev were unneccissery risks imo. After 2 consectutive KO loses why would you put him in with a reasonabley big punching undefeated Russian prospect :witzend:

Come again Mr Jenkins ?

Swaby, Ledebev, Ofalabi and Haye all smoked his daffodil.

I like Enzo, he's one of the good guys - but let's not say he threw away the win, he got stopped with 4 rounds left in the fight.

Enzo is impressive when hes up against someone who doesnt hit him back. Even at his best he falls short at world level.

Enzo has, through no fault of his own, solely his promoter's, developed a 'bully' syndrome attitude to fighting.

His 1st round stoppoage of this forgettable opponent in no way, shape or form constitutes a rehabilitation.

His confidence is shot, his power is ok, but he relies far, far too much on it. And when he cant KO an opponent he becomes dis-heartened.

More worryingly, he cant accept defeat.

Enzo's opinion:
vs Haye - He fought stupid, made a mistake and thats why he lost.

Reality - Haye is superior in every department, skills, POWER and allround ability.

Enzo's opinion
vs Olafabi - He fought the wrong fight, had virtually no sparring and he was tired from the 1st round.

Reality - Tried to bomb Olafabi, couldnt budge him, become dis-heartened and got KO'd

Enzo's opinion
vs Lebedev - Fought the wrong fight, some things werent right in training etc.'The real Enzo would KO both Lebedev and Olafabi easily'.

Reality - Tried a more cautious approach, looking for single power punches, didnt trouble Lebedev at all, became dis-heartened and got pummelled.

Good luck to the guy and I certainly wouldn't be interested in having a ruck with him. However the facts are glaringly obviously. His power is way overrated, and at this stage someone like Hide would be in with a great chance of KO'ing him, despite his advancing age. As for someone like Huck, that would be catastrophic for Enzo.
