haye desperately needs an opponent who when he gets hurt can get back up, collect himself and bring the fight back to haye, delaney should fit this bill.
Thus far it's been Haye whacking people and them just throwing shots until the referee steps in because they aren't firing back. Haye tried the same trick against Thompson, but the difference was the ref rightly gave Thompson some leeway, because he knew that Carl was capable of sucking it up and coming back. At one point Haye looked like he had it in the bag, but wasn't actually landing any clean shots.
Now we will get to see if haye is capable of a plan B.
