Never heard of him, he's never fought out of South America.

I don't think Gomez will have any problems with this guy.

Gomez has had 37 pro fights, and quite a few of those fights were brutal! So i would like to see Gomez in with a top 10 fighter as i don't think he'll be around for much longer. He deserves a big fight. 8)

where on earth do they find these guys(ha ha yes i know argentina). but seriously whats the point in this match? The guy's claim to fame is fighting for three different interim titles.

Gomez talks a good fight.

And he's a lightweight so he'll doubtless be dead at 130. Good old Sports Network....

would be nice to see his fight with Barrios to judge his level..

Obviously Barrios is very handy as his fight with Freitas showed....

this guy seems to have a decent chin and not much of a punch, typical marking time fight.

Gomez seemed a little bit ragged in his last fight, got shook up quite badly before coming through. So i don't mind a fight like this to get him a bit sharper, but would like to see him get a big fight somewhen this year, as has been said before after all those hard fights he's been in , he won't be around for much longer.

Yeah I agree this wouldnt be too bad a fight for Gomez normally - but it is when he's topping the bill at the MEN.

This might just wash as a headliner at Wythenshawe, but putting int on at the MEN is outrageous.

There'll be more people in the ring than the Arena.

If Amir Khan is still on the bill it will be interesting to see how many turn up to watch him fight.
