Over-rated: Bobby Dunlop, but it was Ern McQuillan's fault in getting Bobby to fight stiffs to build up his record. Then he met Jose Torres.

Under-rated: Jack Carroll, top line Yanks of the era were reluctant to venture downunder to tangle with Jack.

think the lad has talent but certain skills need to develop-to me e isjust a counter punch away from disaster at this stage.certainly seems to ave power and is a mean looking dude.
time will tell wen te competition heats ups-last victory good but tall order for opponent to figt again so soon after his last fight.

But after the Torres fight Dunlop went on to win his next 11 fights against some tough opponents [ no cab drivers ]
before losing his last fight in NZ against a tough American journeyman HW Henry Clark, giving away 8 kg . He retired
at 24 yrs of age finishing with a 39 - 6 - 0 record. Ring Mag. ranked him at number 3 LHW in 1968.
